Ernils Larsson granted funding for post doc-project at CRS

Ernils Larsson has be granted 3,45 million kr for the period 2021 - 2024 from the Swedish Research Council for the project 'From Secular institution to religious organisation: Shrine Shinto in postwar Japan'. 

This project seeks to investigate how the Shrine Shinto establishment (Jinja Honchō) in Japan has responded to the stipulations on secularism in Japan’s postwar constitution. Dr. Larsson will be based at CRS and also spend a significant period of his post-doc at Kokugakuin University in Tokyo, Japan.
